Any personal and address data provided by you on the ntorre.com website will not be shared or sold to any third parties.

Personal data will only be used to fulfill the order (purchase agreement).

In the case of confirming consent to the newsletter, we will only use data such as name and email.

Data necessary to fulfill the order may be transferred to a data processor, e.g., WordPress, PayPal, Stripe, booking system, and Consultant. The data processor cannot use personal data for other purposes not related to the performance of the service agreement.

In addition to the above principle, we reserve the right to make changes to the privacy policy, and each customer and user of the website is obliged to know the current privacy policy, which is available at this address.

User personal data is used for purposes related to the provision of services offered on the ntorre.com website.

1 General provisions

  1. Data Controller DESEO DESIGN sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice 40-156, al. Korfantego 125a, NIP: 954-284-12-78, KRS: 0000975111, REGON: 52219495100000. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, and data is stored on secure servers.

  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions or as described in the Privacy Policy applies.

  3. For better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You,” and “Administrator” with “We.” The term “GDPR” refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  4. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. To this end, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

  5. Personal data provided in forms on the ntorre.com website is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

2. Data Administrator

  1. The service provider is the data controller of its clients’ data. This means that on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, email address, phone number, company address, company name, Tax Identification Number (in the case of issuing a VAT invoice), IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of individuals subscribed to the newsletter and using the Contact Form service.
  3. Personal data is processed: a. in accordance with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data, in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or its termination and proper provision of Services, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
  4. Each person whose data we process (if we are their administrator) has the right to access their data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  6. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for the purposes of pursuing any claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law require us to retain data.
  7. The service provider has the right to disclose the user’s personal data and other data to entities authorized on the basis of relevant legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
  8. Personal data deletion may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The service provider does not disclose personal data to other entities than those authorized on the basis of relevant legal provisions.
    Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

3. Cookie files

The ntorre.com website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the www server and stored by the browser software on the user’s computer. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies make it easier to use previously visited websites.
